We believe a hotel is not a SaaS dashboard. It is a kitchen at six in the morning, a front desk in the rain, a guest who has just arrived from a long flight and would like, more than anything, to be understood. We build software that respects all of that.

Inipod was founded by a team of hotel operators and software people who could not, in good conscience, recommend any of the platforms they had been asked to integrate for the last fifteen years.

We are a studio in the proper sense of the word — small, opinionated, and unwilling to take on more work than we can pay attention to.

We work with properties that want to compete on the substance of their hospitality, not on the cleverness of their software stack —which is precisely why we work very hard on the stack.
